Jascin Leonardo Finger is the Curator and Deputy Director of the Nantucket Maria Mitchell Association, where she has worked for close to 30 years. Her research and writing focuses on Nantucket women, Quakers, and island history. When not spending time with her husband – a naval architect – their son, and their dog, she writes for the Nantucket Chronicle, serves on several Town and private boards, and spends time working in her garden and walking all over the island.
