Journalist Michael Schulder (he/him/his) is host of Wavemaker Conversations: A Podcast for the Insanely Curious.

The podcast features in-depth, perspective-changing interviews with preeminent authors, respected leaders, and creative thinkers in a wide variety of fields, including the arts, sports, business, politics, psychology, parenting and medicine.

Michael created the Wavemaker platform after spending 17 years as a Senior Executive Producer at CNN, where he received numerous awards for his work, including several Peabody Awards, and the New York Festivals Gold Award for Best Long-Form Investigative Report for creating Toxic Childhood with Dr. Sanjay Gupta – which documented how chemicals in our everyday products may be impacting the health of our children.

He also hosted the radio program CNN Profiles and spent five years as a writer for Peter Jennings at ABC News.

Michael sits on the Content Advisory Board of Burst.com, is active in environmental conservation, and has done extensive documentary work for the International Rescue Committee.
