Children's Book Day will be held at Children's Beach with a variety of events and activities - fun for the whole family and FREE and open to all!
Thanks to our partners at the Nantucket Atheneum, you can also find Children's Book Day Grab & Go Bags at the Weezie Library beginning August 31st and enjoy the book Possum’s Harvest Moon by Anne Hunter as part of the Story Walk program in the Atheneum Garden all month long!
This new venture for the Nantucket Book Foundation was made possible with a grant and support from the Nantucket Cultural District and additional support from The Look Book Nantucket.

10:30AM crafts with illustrator Erica Leigh 11AM Read-Aloud with Robin Newman 11:30AM NanPuppets Show with Lizza Obremski 12:15PM activities with poet and children's author, G Pa Rhymes 12:30PM Kindness Parade 1PM - 4PM the Children's Book Day fun continues with a selection of local children's authors featuring story times, crafts, and activities.
